To set the record straight, that transgendered person was BORN a FEMALE with female reproductive parts, that never had a hysterectomy to have the ovaries, fallopian tubes, or anything else removed.
So in consequence, HE still had a working vagina, regardless of any testosterone injections.
Therefore, it was just a female that had a baby.
