When I enter the 1st letter or 2 of an email address on the 'TO' line, I do not get a list of contacts.?

I used to always get a list, but it stopped about a week or two ago.

i think you should hit there email address for example like someone@domain.com or whatever the email address is.
Reply:Usually, Outlook references your Contacts. Sometimes those Contacts fall out of association. Why? IDK.

Type the first few letters of the contact in the TO: line then ALT+K. Choose the correct Contact.

After you do this, the first few letters will be associated with that Contact on your next emails.
