You need a script installed on your web server to process your form and send an e-mail with all the data entered into the form. This is a very easy-to-use PHP Formmail script:

The instructions are extremely easy to follow and you'll be able to configure it quickly. The only thing that you need for it to work is to have PHP installed on your webhost's server. It really works for people like me who have little knowledge about server-side programming.

Reply:It will be blocked by most email programs. You can either attach the SWF file, or just paste in the HTML object code and hope the user clicks "download images and content".
