someone logged into a site for example hi5 and there log in ID is saved on the system so if the ID starts with B every addy that started with B would be in the drop down bar how do i delete the unwanted addys?

Those choices are actually saved on your computer and not saved at the site... but just a matter of clearing your cache on your system... depending on which browser you are using, IE7 or FireFox, and clearing your Auto Complete info on your computer......
You just want to clear all your temp files and be sure you clear all your "auto complete" history information.... click Tools and then (Internet) Options.... and clear out the auto complete and temp files...... You can do the same thing by using a small free program called CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com) which is known as Crap Cleaner......... Or you can run Disk Cleanup from your System Tools sub-folder that is in your Accessories folder (START%26gt;%26gt;ALL PROGRAMS%26gt;%26gt; ACCESSORIES%26gt;%26gt;SYSTEM TOOLS)
