Yes you can, as long the file size is within the attachment size.
Is it possible to send music from my flash disk to an email address?
most definitly. but you will have to use your PC's physical drive as temporary storage.
first, transfer (or download) the data from ur flash disk (most likely USB) to your desktop.
secondly, you should then be in "compose" mode of an e-mail, where which you can then "add file" or a command similar. now point to the files location (in this case, the desktop), and begin to upload. although depending on your ISP speed this may take some time.
note* some e-mail providers may prohibit the use of uploading .MP3 files to be used on thier servers, as it poses a great risk of copyright infringement.
